We deliver to all 81 provinces. Orders placed before noon arrive the same day, later orders the next day. Your flowers are prepared by a florist in the destination province — they are not shipped by courier.

Maybe you live in Vienna, Brussels or Dubai, and the person you are thinking of is in Trabzon or Gaziantep. You place the order online from wherever you are; a florist in the recipient's own province makes up the flowers and hands them over at the door. Nothing travels in a shipping carton — the arrangement is put together fresh on the day.

Complete your order before 12:00 Turkey time and it arrives the same day; anything placed later is delivered the next day. Delivery covers every one of Turkey's 81 provinces — Bursa, Konya and Trabzon as much as Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir or Antalya. Pick any future date in the calendar and, if timing matters, add a delivery time slot. Around Eid, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, the busiest flower days of the year, give yourself a few days' head start.

Absolutely. Place the order online from any country; the flowers are made up in the recipient's province and handed over at their address.
If you order before 12:00 noon Turkey time, yes — they come the same day. Orders after noon arrive the following day.
Every one of the 81 provinces, Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Antalya and Bursa among them. Just pick the province and district when you check out.
It will, if it is a Visa or Mastercard — payment goes through 3D Secure. You are charged in Turkish lira, and your bank converts it into your own currency.
Nothing — delivery is free. Only a chosen time slot may add a small surcharge, and you will see it at checkout.
Take a photo and send it to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will either send the flowers again or give you a refund.
Sunday delivery isn't possible: the florists are closed, which is why Sundays are greyed out in the calendar. Saturday or Monday are the alternatives.
